About the Basic Law
- There is confusion among some people, who think a constitution takes the place of the Koran and the Sunna, which is not true. As you know, any Saudi who is familiar with the situation in Saudi Arabia cannot establish a constitution, a regulation, or a law that runs counter to the Islamic Shari'a.
